Job Purpose

Join our high-performing, high-profile NTS Legal Team, recognized as trusted advisors to the NTS Executive, Board, and business lines. Our mission is to support revenue growth, find pragmatic solutions to complex issues, and provide constructive challenges to protect our stakeholders’ interests.

As a Senior Contracts Specialist, you will draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, ensuring they align with company policies, mitigate risks, and support business goals. This role requires extensive experience in contract drafting and management, including working independently and contributing to complex negotiations.

Principal Accountabilities

Key Areas:

  • Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to meet company objectives and comply with legal standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in contract language and propose mitigations.
  • Liaison: Serve as a key contact within the Legal Team for external customers, suppliers, and law firms.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, finance, and operations teams to ensure contracts align with their requirements and strategic goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies and relevant laws.
  • Contract Administration: Maintain accurate records and support the contracting process from initial drafts to final execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide expert advice on contractual issues and offer solutions to mitigate disputes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of templates and best practices.
  • Project Support: Assist with legal aspects of various company projects.
