Cascade Improvement Programme Support - 12 Month FTC 

What is the key purpose of this role?

Job Purpose

To support the achievement of defined NTS business aims by supporting a range of system developments /changes / improvements and enabling the provision of a fit for purpose people management system. Will coach and train the HR system to others, in accordance with individual and company needs, and working closely with internal key stakeholders.

Key Expectations of the Job Holder

  • With the HR Systems & Analytics lead, drive a series of improvements as part of a programme of changes.
  • Provide a range of services including.
  • Develop end-user supporting documentation (user guides, knowledge-based articles, video training, standard reporting, dashboards, etc)
  • Plan, facilitate, and complete functional testing and UAT for projects and enhancements.
  • Help with systems implementation, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Deliver the change plan to maximise its use and efficiency.
  • Provide reports as required.
  • Develop and implement processes in line with NTS business needs.
  • Engage and understand policy/process to build the right tools/workflows to support NTS.
  • Ensure benefits are tracked and realised from improvements.
